DISCLAIMER - We are not a Hotel or Motel, you will be
camping in the great outdoors at your own risk.  Be prepared.

Rental Length - A rental day is defined simply as the number
of nights that you will have the gear.

Rental Periods - Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day
weekends all have a three day minimum rental period.  
Otherwise, the minimum rental period is two days.

Cancellation - We're happy to cancel or reschedule your
reservation up to a week before your reservation without
penalty.

Deposit - When you book a luxury base camp, a $100
deposit will be taken to reserve your camp set up.  We'll keep
a record of your credit card to cover any egregious damage
incurred.  If there is nothing damaged or missing upon return,
the full deposit will be credited to your card within five days.

Damage -  Most of our gear is used (pots, pans, etc) and we
expect items to come back with more "character", but any
damage that renders an item useless or beyond repair, a
replacement cost will be deducted from the deposit.  The
amount deducted from the deposit for damaged gear will be
assessed on a case by case basis.  Any balance remaining in
the deposit will be credited to your card.  If missing or
damaged gear exceeds the deposit amount, the extra
balance due will be charged to your card.

Loss of Gear - You are responsible for the gear at all times
between pick-up and return to our facility.
